Black and Ponderosa Plaza Drives, Prescott, AZ., 2002-2001. Engineering services for the City of Prescott, to include roadway realignment and reconstruction, drainage area study, and coordination of on-site and off-site improvements.
Bradshaw Mountain High School East, Prescott Valley, AZ., 2001. The $11 million project included 2300 feet of interior roadway, extensive site drainage, public water and sewer line, grading, parking lot, boundary and topo survey and a SWPPP plan.
Willard Street, Cottonwood, AZ., 2001. Project included 2300 feet of roadway, curb, gutter and drainage improvements in downtown Cottonwood.
Santa Fe Loop Road, Prescott Valley, AZ., 2000. Design, construction staking and construction observation of a 4000 foot roadway through an industrial area for the Town of Prescott Valley. Lime stabilization of the expansive clay soils was substituted for ABC, resulting in a considerable savings to the Town.
Coconino Community College, Flagstaff, AZ., 2000. We were responsible for the roads, drainage, water and sewer, utilities, sidewalks, trails, parking and ADA requirements (exteriors). The access road is approximately 3000 feet in length with a median divider through a portion of the length. A box culvert crossing of Bow and Arrow Wash, a FEMA delineated hazard area, was part of the project design.
Prescott Valley Landfill Access Road, Prescott Valley, AZ., 1996. Design of a 1250 foot street to bypass a closed landfill owned by Yavapai County. Particular care was taken to prevent drainage and other possible impacts to the landfill, as well as coordination with landfill closure project to provide enough excess fill to cover the landfill.
