Edmund Williams, P.E. Civil Engineer
Mr. Williams has been practicing Civil Engineering since 1989. He has 10 years of experience in roadway and bike path design, with secondary experience in drainage and site design.
Prior to joining Claycomb/Rockwell Associates, Mr. Williams was employed with Loris and Associates in Boulder, Colorado producing civil design of roadways, roadway items, and bike paths including all aspects of design using AutoCad and Eagle Point RoadCalc.
Previous to this position, he was employed by Parsons Transportation Group in Denver, Colorado providing civil design of roadways, roadway items, bike paths, site design, and drainage design including all aspects of design using Microstation and InRoads.
Recent Project Experience
Black and Ponderosa Plaza Drives; Prescott. Realignment and design of an urban roadway in the City of Prescott. Included in the project was the extension of water mains for the City during the design of the roadways. This project is still in design.
Kirkland Post Office Site Design; Kirkland. Mr. Williams worked on an 0.7 acre site design for a new Post Office in Kirkland, AZ. The site is located in a floodplain and had to be designed to prevent flooding.
Channel and Trail Improvements, Box Culvert Replacement Phase; Prescott Valley. Design of the culverts replacement phase of rehabilitation to an existing channel and eventual construction of a bike path starting in downtown Prescott Valley and continuing east through town.
Waterline Extension; Mayer. A fast track design of a 4400 foot emergency waterline extension for the Mayer Water District.
Master Drainage Plan; Town of Prescott Valley. Master Drainage Study for the entire Town. Mr. Williams’s responsibilities were the quantities and cost estimating, sizing culverts and checking the product.
